All visibility and tech partner stands are together in BioCity’s partner corner, at the far end of the build hall by the passage to Joki — on the way to the meals and to Joki — and stay open for the whole event.

All stands are together in the partner corner at the south-east end of BioCity’s main lobby, by the passage to Joki — room for about five. Stand footprints are confirmed with the venue at setup so that walkways and exit routes stay clear. Open positions are marked “Visibility / Tech Partner stand”.

Discord is the main channel between partner representatives and the Since AI team during the hackathon — and where builders ask about your technology in your own partner channel. Set it up before you travel.

Join before you travel

Every representative coming on site: join the Since AI Discord, verify your account and check that your company role is in place before you arrive in Turku.

  1. 01Open Discord in your browser (discord.com), the desktop app or the mobile app.
  2. 02Create an account if you don’t have one yet.
  3. 03Verify your email address — Discord sends the link when you sign up.
  4. 04Set your display name as First name | Company, for example “Anna | Solita”, so builders and organisers know who you are.
  5. 05Join the Since AI Discord with the invite link above.
  6. 06During onboarding, choose the company / challenge partner representative option where it is offered.
  7. 07The Since AI team then assigns your company or partner role.
  8. 08Once the role is in place, your company and partner channels appear in your channel list.
  9. 09Access missing or wrong? Tell the Since AI team in the partner help / check-in channel, or email info@sinceai.fi.

Your partner channel

  • Your company has its own partner channel on the Since AI Discord, where builders ask about your technology — APIs, developer credits, tooling and technical support. Keep it monitored throughout the event.
  • Answer in the channel where you can, so every builder gets the same information. Use Reply or a thread for longer back-and-forth.
  • Share and pin the key material there: docs, how to get API access and credits, examples and a short FAQ.
  • Post when your representatives are at your stand — and any technical session, workshop or office hours you run.
  • Stand, setup and onsite logistics questions go to the Since AI team in your private company / partner area.
  • Urgent event announcements and schedule changes reach you on Discord.
  • Please don’t use @everyone or @here. If something truly has to reach the whole server, ask the Since AI team to post it.

A 3-minute outdoor walk along the raised campus deck to Jussin aukio.

  1. Leave EduCity by the west main entrance — after Friday's briefings, volunteers and event signs show the way.
  2. Follow the raised deck past ICT-City to Jussin aukio and take the wide outdoor stairs down (about 10 steps).
  3. Enter BioCity through its courtyard-side event entrance.
  4. Joki is indoors from BioCity: at the far (south-east) end of the main lobby, down a short stair (10 steps).

Accommodation is not included in hackathon participation unless Since AI has confirmed it to you personally. We have arranged discounted rates in Turku for Since AI participants — availability is limited, so book early.

Arriving by car

Get dropped off on Tykistökatu at BioCity's entrance recess, where the supercars are on display — the stands are a 1–2 minute walk inside. To park, use ParkCity (Joukahaisenkatu 8, paid guest parking on floors 1–3), about 360 m from BioCity's main entrance.

Is my stand staffed around the clock?

No requirement. Stands stay open for the whole event, but the stand being open does not mean it is staffed — tell us your presence hours and we share them with builders.

What about equipment left overnight?

Agree storage for valuables with Since AI before the event.

Food will be reserved for company representatives at the scheduled meal times. Joining the meals is entirely optional.
